Commercial Creamery Company is committed to the highest level of quality. We have a constant purpose to improve product and service. We have endeavored to build quality into the system with statistical evidence, rather than rely on mass inspection of finished product.

Processing is controlled by a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) program. This ensures that key points in the production process are watched and monitored with exceptional care.

Laboratory & Services
Commercial Creamery Company has a full service laboratory with two primary divisions—quality control and quality assurance.


CCC receives Institute of Bakery's highest "SUPERIOR" Rating. Note: EE-DA-HOW Specialties is a subsidiary of Commercial Creamery Company.
